1 c balsamic vinegar
3/4 c ketchup
1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1/3 c brown sugar
1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
1 clove garlic minced
salt and pepper to taste
Place all ingredients into a saucepan and simmer for 20 min or until the mixture is reduced by 2/3 and it coats back of a spoon very well.
