Three herb chimichurri dip

1 c fresh parsley
1/4 c fresh oregano
2 Tbs fresh mint
1/3 c olive oil
2 Tbsp white wine vinegar
2 tsp lemon juice
1tsp honey
1 clove garlic, peeled
1/2 tsp sea salt
1/2 tsp fresh ground pepper
4 slices sour dough bread torn into quarters

Place parsley, oregano, mint, olive oil, vinegar, lemon juice, honey, garlic, salt, and pepper into processor and process 20 to 30 sec, or until mixture is blended.

Pour into serving dish and use bread for dipping.
