1 1/2 c flour
1 c sugar
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1/3 c cocoa powder
1/2 c vege oil
1 c water *
1 tsp vinegar
Preheat oven 350
Mix all ingredients well with a mixer until brown and smooth free of lumps.
Bake 25 mins.
*buttermilk or milk may be substituted for water
