Edamame Hummus

1 1/2 c shelled edamame
1/2 c fresh flat leaf parsley
3 Tbsp tahini
3 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
2 cloves of garlic, chopped

Combine edamame, parsley, tahini, 3 Tbs water, lemon juice, garlic, and salt to taste in processor. Blend 1 to 2 min or until smooth.

Spoon hummus into serving bowl.
