2 1/2 c flour
1/4 tsp salt
1 egg
1/4 c sugar
2/3 c softened butter
4 Tbs heavy cream
Preheat oven to 350
Mix flour, sugar, and salt in a bowl. Mix in butter. In a separate bowl blend the egg and cream and then add to mixture. Press dough together. Wrap in plastic and rest for 30 min. and start oven. Roll out dough to 1/8" thickness. After dough is sealed with your filling bake for 30 min. or until golden brown.
