Slow cooker Kalua pig

3 lb pork butt
1 1/2 tsp liquid smoke
2 1/4 tsp salt

Pierce pork all over with a fork. Rub salt and liquid smoke into meat.
Cook 16 to 20 hours turning once.
Remove meat, shred, and add slow cooker juices to serving dish.
