Kathy's Salsa

1/2 c orange juice
2 vine ripened tomatoes, seeded and finely diced
1/4 c chopped red onion
1 Tbs lime juice
2 Tbs chopped fresh basil
2 tsp minced jalapeno
salt and pepper to taste

In saucepan over high heat, bring orange juice to boil; cook until reduced in half, about 4 min.
Pour into serving bowl and cool. Add remaining ingredients to bowl and season to taste.
