12 lbs of chicken thighs and breasts
1/4 c frozen pineapple juice concentrate, thawed
1/3 c white wine
1/2 c chicken broth
1/4 c soy sauce
1/4 c katsup
1/4 tsp powdered ginger
2 drop Worcestershire sauce
Wash chicken and pat with paper towels. Mix all sauce ingredients in bowl. Brush chicken parts with sauce and BBQ for about 40 mins. Turn and baste with sauce until chicken is done.
