Herbed Parmesan Crisps

1 c finely shredded parmesan cheese, preferably Parmigiano-Reggiano
2 tsp all purpose flour
1 tsp finely chopped fresh rosemary or thyme
1/4 tsp fresh ground black pepper

Preheat oven to 350

Mix all the ingredients together. On a parchment covered baking sheet place Tbs of the mixture a couple of inches apart. Spread them into ovals.
Bake until golden brown, 6 to 8 mins. cool crips flat on a metal rack.
