Edythe's Marinara Sauce

2 garlic cloves
1/2 c green pepper finely chopped
1/2 c onions
2 large cans stewed tomatoes (put into blender or mashed)
1 can tomato sauce
Italian seasoning
salt and pepper

Fry garlic, pepper, and onions in oil until tender

Add the rest of the ingredients and cook for 30 to 45 min stirring often. If too sour add sugar to taste.
