16 oz cut green beans
2 x 16 oz kidney beans
2 x 16 oz wax beans
2 x 15 oz garbanzo beans
1 large green bell chopped
1 bunch green onions, sliced
or 1 small red onion chopped
2 c white vinegar
2 c sugar ( I use Splenda)
1/2 c water
1 tsp salt
Drain all beans and place into a large bowl and add pepper and onions.
In a saucepan add vinegar, sugar, water, and salt to a boil or until sugar dissolves completely. Pour over the beans and veges.
Let cool and marinate in fridge for at least 2 hrs before serving. The longer it marinates the better it tastes.
