Cheesecake Chip Dip

3 oz Neufchatel cheese (Cream cheese works too)
2 Tbs white sugar
3 Tbs low-fat milk
2 c frozen fat-free whipped topping, thawed
1 tsp vanilla extract

Flour tortillas cut into triangles
Vegetable oil for frying
Sugar
Ground Cinnamon

In a mixing bowl, combine the cheese, sugar, and milk. Mix throughly until well blended and smooth. Gently combine the whipped topping and vanilla into the mixture. Serve chilled.

Fry tortillas in oil until crispy. While still warm top with a mixture of Sugar and ground Cinnamon. Let cool and serve with dip.
