1/2 c balsamic vinegar
2 Tbs honey
2 Tbs olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
For a Sauce:
Combine all the ingredients above and reduce to a sauce in a saucepan.
I use this marinade with Tofu. I make it and then add tofu and let it sit overnight in the fridge. In the morning I bake the Tofu and use it in salads, etc.
